Lot Clearing
Lot clearing is where we excel in customer service. We work closely with our engineering consultants along with our clients architects and landscape architects when clearing a lot for a new home to maintain the integrity of the lot. We understand that site orienation, drainage, and the local surrounding environment of trees and plants are important factors in the construction of a new home
Reclaim and Preserve Material
Reclaiming and preserving material is a specialty service we offer. We believe that during demolition there are materials that can be reclaimed or preserved. From exposed oak rafters, to brick, to barn wood, we take pride in knowing while demolition is taking place we can safely reclaim materials that are selected by our clients.
Demolition Construction Documents
We offer Demolition construction documents. We work closely with building inspectors and building and planning departments in the Charleston area to ensure all local code is met. We will create a set of demolition plans for permit submission. Demolition construction documents allow our clients to clearly view their demolition project before the demolition begins.
